No bake Cheese Cake
"So simple and quick but delicious!!

Dissolve gelatin in a hot water. Cool to room temprature.

Combine together biscuit and melted butter. Press the crumbs evenly to the bottom of the pan.

Cover and refrigerate while you make the filling.

Beat the cream cheese, condense milk, whipped cream and lemon juice until smooth.

Stir cooled gelatin and vanilla in to the cream mixture.
- 6
Remove the crust from refrigerate and pour the filling over the crumb mixture and spread evenly.

Chill over night or for at least 3 hours.
