Amma's Onion Tomato

A  few weeks after we got married, Kingsley's mom (Amma as he calls her) made this particular dish and served it with home made chapathis. I did notice Kingsley eats a LOT more when he is at home (his reason: you will never get this in NZ), and for this particular one, his mom said - Ranjith (as she calls him) loves this. So what did I do? A week ago when we were skyping with her, I asked her how she makes this and I made it for Ranjith - He emptied the bowl!
What you need to make this Onion Tomato dish that goes great with any bread is:

Welcome to my Blog The Eaterspot. My blogging journey began in March 2010. I had just relocated from the US, and living in Wellington, New Zealand was definitely a whole lot different from the US. The day after I landed here, I began a full time job, but I still had a whole lot of free time after 5pm. I was cooking a lot of new dishes from various cuisines so the blog was born to document my cooking for my friends and family to follow what we are upto as a newly married couple and to see what we were eating! Thanks for visting my spot!
