I love cauliflower but after a few recipes I still am left with florets that I need to cook up in some form - so what do I do on a Friday evening after work - I make my version of Gobi Manchurian
Steps
- 1
I mixed the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and the chicken masala. I added the florets, and mixed it well so each floret got coated well. I let it sit for a while
- 2
I heated some oil in the pan, and added the entire bowl of florets and the marinade. I let it cook and the marinade became thicker and gooey
- 3
When its done, the florets will be nice and soft and I served it nice and hot to the husband man - who loved it! :)
