Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts - cleaned and cut
  • Chilly Chicken Masala Chicken Masala / Tandoori
  • Oil
  • Lemon Juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the cleaned cut chicken breasts in a bowl. Add the chicken masala, lemon juice and allow it to marinate for an hour

  2. 2

    Heat some oil and add the marinated chicken breast pieces. I made sure the oil in the pan was not REALLY hot, because I wanted it to slowly cook and get crispy brown than go brown to black immediately

  3. 3

    Serve it hot with some ketchup or mint chutney

Welcome to my Blog The Eaterspot. My blogging journey began in March 2010. I had just relocated from the US, and living in Wellington, New Zealand was definitely a whole lot different from the US.
