  4. 120 gpurple onions
  5. 30 ggarlic, minced
  6. 1 cuplemon juice
  7. 3/4 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  8. 1/2 cupgrenadine
  9. white pepper to taste
  10. salt to taste

I used 1/4 the portions for 4 servings. Its delicious. I added some steamed shrimps as recommended. Next time i will try it with salmon instead on shrimps. Great Salad, thanks for sharing :)
