  • 120 gpurple onions
  • 30 ggarlic, minced
  • 1 cuplemon juice
  • 3/4 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cupgrenadine
  • white pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

    Blanche the Artichoke , cut the tomato in half ,chop the onion julians mix all the ingredients together

I used 1/4 the portions for 4 servings. Its delicious. I added some steamed shrimps as recommended. Next time i will try it with salmon instead on shrimps. Great Salad, thanks for sharing :)
