Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 1/2 tspskashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tspschili powder red
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tsprice powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 3 tspsginger garlic crushed
  • 4 noschillies crushed kashmiri red
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 2 tbspscurry leaves crushed
  • to tastesalt
  • coconut oil to deep fry
  • 4 noschilies green slitted
  • curry leaves

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash the chicken pieces

  2. 2

    Mix with all the ingredients listed above and marinate it for 2-3 hrs.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in coconut oil.

  4. 4

    Fry green chili and curry leaves separately and garnish.

  5. 5

    Thattukada chicken fry is ready to serve
