Ingredients

  1. 2 kgpremium mince
  2. 6 tspsalt
  3. 6 tsppepper
  4. 6 tspcoriander
  5. 3 cupwater
  6. 3 cupoatmeal

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Separate into greased loaf tins.

  3. 3

    Place in the freezer for 5-6 hours, until firm and manageable but not frozen.

    Take out of tins and cut into 1-inch thick slices.

  5. 5

    Fry in greased saucepan.

  6. 6

    To keep for another cooking time, wrap slices 2 at a time in cling wrap and place in the freezer to fully freeze.
