Ingredients

  • 300 gmfish Boneless -
  • 2 tbspsSoya sauce -
  • 1 tbspPepper powder -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1Egg -
  • as requiredbread Japanese crumbs
  • 3 - 4 tbspsAll purpose flour -

  1. 1

    Cut the fish into finger size pieces.marinate with soya sauce,salt and  3/4 tbsp pepper powder.refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour

  2. 2

    Beat the egg.In a bowl mix together the flour,1/4 tbsp pepper powder and a small pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    Dust the marinated fish in the flour mixture one by one & set this in a plate till all pieces are dusted.

  4. 4

    Dip the fish in the eggs and coat it with the bread crumbs till all the pieces are done.

  5. 5

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden.drain on tissue paper.serve with ketchup
