Steps

Heat oil in a pan.Add the brinjal pieces and shallow fry them till they start changinh colour.

Transfer them to pan.In the same oil,add ginger,garlic and onion.Saute till the onions become brown.

Now add chopped tomato.Cook till the tomato becomes soft and mushy.Now add the powders.Saute till oil starts to ooz out.

Now add the fried brinjal pieces.Sprinkle enough salt.Mix everything well.Cover anf cook for 1 mint.Finally add lemon juice,mix well and remove from fire.

Serve hot.
