  • pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients, better to do it by hand. Should get a mass that is well separated from the bowls. Blind from this test small cutlets and fry them in vegetable oil to a golden crust on each side.

  2. 2

    Serve with favorite sauce. Tastes best with sour cream.
