  • 1Loaf Bread Rhodes Frozen Dough , baked following instructions
  • 3eggs
  • 3 cupswhipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cupssugar
  • 3 teaspoonsvanilla
  • 2 cupsblueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 (10-12 ounce) packageswhite baking chips
  • Sauce :
  • 1/2 cupwhipping cream
  • • 1/2 (10-12 ounce) packagewhite baking chips

  1. 1

    Cut cooled bread into 1-inch cubes. In a large bowl beat eggs. Add cream, sugar, vanilla and blend. Fold in blueberries and baking chips. Add mixture to bread cubes and fold until cubes are evenly coated. Pour into a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan. Let sit 15-30 minutes while bread soaks up mixture. Bake at 350°F 50-60 minutes (cover with foil last 15 minutes if necessary to prevent over browning). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Top with sauce to serve.
