Ingredients

  1. 8 1/3 ozPumpkin
  2. 5garlic cloves
  3. 3 tbspbutter
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1 pinchpepper
  6. 1 tbspspices
  7. 2 cupwater
  8. 1chicken stock or vegetable stock for better taste

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and cut the pumpkin into small pieces as well as the garlic.

    Let cool for 10 mins then blend the whole mixture.

  3. 3

    Check salt and pepper. Heat if needed.

  4. 4

    Add some decoration on top and serve.
