Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsCauliflower florets -
  2. 2 pinchsturmeric powder -
  3. salt - as needed
  4. 1/2 cupcornflour -
  5. 2 tbspsginger garlic paste -
  6. 2 tspschilly red powder -
  7. 7 - 8garlic - thinly sliced
  8. 1onion big -
  9. 1capsicum -
  10. 2 tspssoya sauce -
  11. 2 tbspstomato sauce -

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water abd cook cauliflower florets till half done with turmeric powder and salt. Drain the water and keep aside.

    Mix 1/2 cup cornflour,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder (1 tsp),salt  in a bowl. marinate the cauliflower florets with this mixture. Leave it for 20 minutes. Make small balls of it and deep fry in oil and keep aside. Manchurian balls are ready.

    Now for sauce - Heat oil, add the thinly sliced garlic, saute 2 minutes. Then add onion chopped into square thin pieces and saute till it is half cooked. Now add capsicum and cook till capsicum is little tender.

    Add chilly powder and salt. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce too. Mix well. Now add the cornflour water mixture (1 tbsp cornflour in 1 cup water). After the gravy thickens add the deep fried manchurian balls.

    Give it a mix 3 - 4 minutes and serve immediately
