French Cheese Omellete
Cheesy Omelette, the French way
Steps

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper

Heat an omelette pan and add butter. Allow it to brown.

Pour the eggs. drag-in the partially cooked part of the omelette from the corners to the centre and let the gap be filled with uncooked egg whisk every 5 secs.

Repeat till there is no more whisk.

Now add grated cheese on one side of the omelette and close it with the other half. Cook for 30 secs.

Serve hot if you want the cheese to be creamy. Serve after 5 mins if you want the cheese to be stretchy.
