  1. 1 headcrab
  2. 1 tbspcorn flour
  3. 1 headbroccoli
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 1/2 cupchicken stock
  6. 1 tspsoya sauce
  7. 1 dashsalt

45 mins
  1. 1

    boil half pot of water

  2. 2

    add broccoli , blanched

  3. 3

    wash n cut the crab into half

  4. 4

    when crab is cooked remove the meat n put in bowl

  5. 5

    fry the garlic, add chicken stock

  6. 6

    mix corn flour with a bit of water

  7. 7

    add corn flour mix to boiling stock

  8. 8

    add crab meat to stock

  9. 9

    stir n add seasoning then pour on broccoli
