  1. 1/2 litremilk
  2. 15 numbersalmonds
  3. 3 tablespoonssugar

Cooking Instructions

    Place the almonds in warm water overnight

  2. 2

    Next day peel the skin of almonds

  3. 3

    Grind the peeled almonds with enough milk to form a smooth paste

  4. 4

    Boil the remaining milk for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Add the almond paste and sugar to the boiling milk and stir continously for 5 more minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from heat

  7. 7

    Serve hot

  8. 8

    Tasty badam drink ready
