Cut banana into small cubed peices.

Heat oil in a pan and add banana and fry till golden brown and keep aside

In the same pan add 1 tbs ghee and fry cashew and raisin and keep aside

In a bowl mix eggs,milk powder,sugar,cardamom and blend well.

Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a cooker and pour 1/2 of the egg mix.Then distribute fried bananas.Again pour the remaining egg mixture.

Close the pressure cooker with the lid without putting weight.Lower the flame to the minimum.cook for 10 mins.

Open the lid and put the fried cashews and raisins

Again close the lid for 10 more minutes in the low flame.

Then open the lid,take the cake and cook upside down for 5 minutes.

After that puttoff the flame,keep the lid closed and allow to cool for sometime.

Banana cake is ready.
