  • 3tomatos
  • 10 Gramsginger paste
  • 20 Gramsgarlic paste
  • 5 Gramscoriander roots
  • 5green chillies
  • 50 Gramshung curd
  • 5 Gramsred chilli Chilli
  • 5 Gramsmustard oil

    Marinate fish with ginger garlic paste, salt and mustard oil

  2. 2

    Make a paste of tomato, green chili, coriander roots, and red chili powder.

  3. 3

    Add hung curd to the above paste and marinate fish for 2 hrs

  4. 4

    Skewer and cook in Tandoor

  5. 5

    Serve along with red onions and mint chutney.
