3tomatos
10 Gramsginger paste
20 Gramsgarlic paste
5 Gramscoriander roots
5green chillies
50 Gramshung curd
5 Gramsred chilli Chilli
5 Gramsmustard oil

Marinate fish with ginger garlic paste, salt and mustard oil

Make a paste of tomato, green chili, coriander roots, and red chili powder.

Add hung curd to the above paste and marinate fish for 2 hrs

Skewer and cook in Tandoor

Serve along with red onions and mint chutney.
