Ingredients

  1. combine meat & seasoning ,shape into burger patties, grill, or fry to desired doneness.
  2. 1 lbLean ground beef, or turkey
  3. 8portobello mushrooms
  4. 1finely chopped onion
  5. 1 mediumTomato, sliced
  6. 4 sliceyour choice of cheese, I prefer Swiss
  7. 8 sliceCooked bacon
  8. 1lawery's seasoning to your liking
  9. 1fresh minced garlic, or powdered added to your liking
  10. 1black pepper to your liking
  11. 4 eachlettuce slices, or small handful of shredded lettuce enough for each burger

    Combine seasoning, blend well, shape into paties. Grill, or pan fry burger, and mushroom until desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Assemble burger between two portobello mushrooms, just as you would any hamburger.

  3. 3

    Add condiments of your choice. Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, etc. Whatever you like on your burger.
