Grate the carrot and place it in a large cooker bowl. Add milk, sugar and MTR Badam Mix and cook in the cooker (2-3 whistles)

Heat the ghee in the frying pan, fry all the raisins (Dry Grapes, Cashew and Almonds). Remove the fried raisins and keep it separately,

IN the same pan, transfer the cooked mixture and continue the cooking till the time the carrot absorbs all the flavors and turns in to a texture.

Sprinkle the cardamom powder and garnish with the fried raisins.
