Ingredients

1 bunchParsley
2 tbspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbspHoney
300 mlMineral water

Steps

Put the parsley, lemon juice and honey into the tall jug. Blend it for a while and then add some mineral water slightly until beautiful green colour!

Drain through a strainer.

Keep your fresh parsley juice in the fridge and serve cool :)
