Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 tbspspoon of lemon juice, 1tb
  • 1 tbspspoon of light soy sauce,
  • 1spoon of oyster sauce 2ts spoon of whisky or without, 1ts spoon of sugar,
  • 1spoon of chilli powder, 1ts spoon of ground roasted rice, one hand full of chopp
  • 1shallot slices
  • 1 gallon300 gr of pork sirloin regular pork

  1. 1

    Marinate pork in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and whisky for 20 minutes. Heat frying pan and fry or bbq the pork for medium or cooked but make sure that the pork not to dry or hard and must be juicy, sliced pork and put in the mixing bowl and pore in every ingredients including green onion and coriander mix well served with rice or eat as appetite.

Great recipe. We added minced ginger and garlic (about 3 TPBs of each) to it, and it seemed to help as well.
