Mint or mentha is an aromatic herb of Indian origin. It is a rich source of fibre,vitamins like carotenes , vitamin C and folic acid. It is rich source of minerals like magnesium, iron, potassium and calcium. Besides, Mint also helps in digestion. Mint along with lemon and cucumbers are soaked in water over night and the water is consumed in the morning to detox the body. So here is goodness(mint) in the form of a chutney :) Enjoy this delicious chutney over any chaat !
