Healthy, nutritious vegetable momos relished by all.

Mix the flour, oil and salt in a bowl.

Knead to a firm dough and add water as required. Cover the dough and keep aside for 30 mins.

Heat the oil, saute the garlic for 2-3 secs.

Add the onions and saute for 10 secs.

Add the soya sauce, salt and pepper when the veggies start turning golden.

Make balls of equal size from the dough and roll each ball into a thin circle of abt 2-3 inch.

Try to get the edges to be thin and the center to be thick.

Start folding and forming pleats one by one towards the end.

Heat water in a steamer/ electric cooker. Let the water come to a boil.

Steam the momos for 10 mins.

For the red chilli chutney, grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
