Wash and soak pearl millet, idli rice and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours.

Use the soaked water to grind each of them separately in a mixer/grinder.

Mix all the three batters together and add the required salt
- 4
Let it ferment overnight (around 10-12 hours)

Take few ladles of the batter in a bowl. Dilute it with water to get a pouring consistency.

Heat a dosa tawa. Make dosas with the required oil. Cook both sides and serve hot.
