Heat oil in a pan.

Add ginger garlic paste, onions and capsicum and let it saute for a minute or two till the onions become translucent.

Now add chili powder, salt, tomato sauce and garam masala. Give a quick stir, it should be saucy and not too dry.

Then add the crumbled paneer. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Toast the bread until it turns golden brown on both sides.

Serve it hot.
