Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupPaneer , crumbled -
  • 1/2onion big - finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste -
  • 1capsicum - finely chopped
  • 2 tspstomato sauce -
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder -
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala powder -
  • to tastesalt
  • oil for toaster

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste, onions and capsicum and let it saute for a minute or two till the onions become translucent.

  3. 3

    Now add chili powder, salt, tomato sauce and garam masala. Give a quick stir, it should be saucy and not too dry.

  4. 4

    Then add the crumbled paneer. Mix well and cook for a minute.

  5. 5

    Toast the bread until it turns golden brown on both sides. 

  6. 6

    Serve it hot.
