Cook rice with 1tsp oil and salt. Keep it for cool.

In a Kadai add oil, Chana dal, udad dal, mustard, curry leaves one by one fry for a minute and then add green chilies, onion fry for 5 to 6 minutes.

Finally add grated coconut and rice together fry at least for 7 to 8 minutes. Then decorate with coriander leaves and coconut. Serve it hot.
