Steps

Boil the potato and peel the skin off the potato.

Mash the potato in a bowl.

Chop the garlic cloves and add it to the bowl.

Add rest of the ingredients except oil into the bowl. Mix well.

Make lemon sized balls of the mixture.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry them until they look crisp and golden brown.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
