Ingredients

  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 3 piecegarlic cloves crushed
  • 1 bunchshredded collard greens
  • 1cooked maple ham steak
  • 1 tbspolive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
  • 2 cupchicken stock
  • 2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee chopped onions,chopped garlic n olive oil in large pot

  2. 2

    Add cubed up ham brown a little bit

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth and water and add your greens

  4. 4

    Cook on medium about an hour or until your greens are tender

  5. 5

    It should absorb the liquid
