1 largeonion, chopped
3 piecegarlic cloves crushed
1 bunchshredded collard greens
1cooked maple ham steak
1 tbspolive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
2 cupchicken stock
2 cupwater

Sautee chopped onions,chopped garlic n olive oil in large pot

Add cubed up ham brown a little bit
3

Add chicken broth and water and add your greens
4

Cook on medium about an hour or until your greens are tender
5

It should absorb the liquid
