I had leftover sugar syrup , i dint want to waste it so i decided to make some sweet and it turned out to be simply delicious....
Steps

Heat a thick bottom pan. Add ghee and saute cashews and raisins, drain keep aside.

In the same ghee roast the vermicelli till golden brown.

Add milk and cook till its dry.

Now add sugar syrup and cook till its dry.You can add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water if u feel the vermicelli is not cooked (it seems like the vermicelli is not cooked but when you switch off and keep for few mints you'll know that it does'nt require extra water).

Add the fried cashew and raisins mix, switch off flame add cardamom powder or split it and add it whole, rose water and rose syrup mix and serve.
