Steps
- 1
Peel raw mangoes and dice them into medium pieces. Remove the seed
- 2
Pressure cook them with water for 5 mins at medium flame.
- 3
Blend well using hand blender and strain to remove the fibre from the pulp
- 4
Add all spices and sugar in the strained pulp and let it simmer at low flame for 10 mins. Depending on how sour the mangoes are, you can adjust the sweetness by adding or cutting down on the sugar.
- 5
This is a concentrate good for making 6 to 7 glasses.
