Jamun Compote and Mango Crumble

A healthy crumble that can be classified as a dessert or breakfast and is absolutely delicious as well!
This crumble is super easy to make, especially in separate portions like this. The fresh mango dices are mixed with little sugar and flour and layered with the jamun compote. It does taste as good as it looks!
The topping is rolled oats mixed with flour, sugar and coconut oil, of course you can substitute the sugar for honey. After baking for 30 minutes, the top will still be crumbly because it is a crumble after all!
The beauty in this is you can make it the night before.

  • 1mango ripe diced
  • 2 tbspsjamun compote
  • 1 tspwhole wheat flour
  • 1 tspbrown sugar honey or
  • 1/2 cupoats rolled
  • 1 tbspwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tbspcoconut oil
  • 1/2 tbspbrown sugar honey or
  • Pinchsalt of

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Layer jamun compote in bottom of dish.

  2. 2

    Mix together mango, 1 tsp flour and 1 tsp sugar.

  3. 3

    Layer on top of jamun.

  4. 4

    Mix together rest of ingredients and layer on top of mango mixture.

  5. 5

    Bake for 30 mins.
