2small yellow squash, halved and thin sliced
8 ouncebutton mushrooms, quartered
1 pintcherry tomatoes, halved
1/2red onion, halved and thin sliced
1 lbasparagus, cut into bites size pieces
1 cupSpanish olives, drained
1 canmedium black olives, drained
1 canartichokes, drained and quartered
8 ozfresh mozzarella small balls, drained
1 pkghard salami, thin sliced
1/2 pkgsliced pepperoni
1small bottle zesty Italian dressing
1 cupshredded Parmesan
3 TbspItalian seasoning
to tasteSalt & black pepper
1 bunchfresh basil thin sliced

Prepare vegetables and put in large bowl.

Drain canned vegetables and add to bowl.

Add all other ingredients and stir to mix.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made the night before. Enjoy
