Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupsugar
  2. 1 cuppineapple juice
  3. 5egg yolks

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook these three ingredients in medium saucepan until sauce thickens. Cool for several hours.

  2. 2

    Just before serving, whip 1/2 pint of whipping cream and mix with sauce.

  3. 3

    Serve over angel food cake or dessert of your choice.
