First make the bread, Mix the flour with the yogurt and knead for 7 min. Or place into a bread maker and mix for 5 min.

Sprinkle a small amount of flour onto a clean surface and either by using a rolling pin, or your hands shape into a round circle, preferably the size of your pan to which you are going to cook your omelette.

Put your pan on the heat and set to high. After the pan has warmed up cook your bread for 2 to 2.5 min each side, once cooked leave to one side.

Next is to make the omelette. Whisk the eggs and add your chopped onion. A small amount of oil to the pan and cook for 2-3 min, tip your cheese onto half of the omelette and flip the other side over and leave for a couple of minutes.

Cut you omelette in half and your bread in quarters. Plate up and enjoy.
