Mix ground walnuts, fried onion, bread crumbs, and crumbled paneer in a bowl.

Add ginger-green chili paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, Kitchen King masala, salt, mint, and coriander leaves.

Combine well to form a dough.

Divide into equal portions and shape into kebabs.

Cook on a hot tava (griddle) on both sides until golden, without oil or butter.
