3 tbspsugar
1 1/2 tbspsesame oil
1/2 tspwhite vinegar
grated fresh garlic (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl / glass / cup

Place the bowl / glass / cup in a hot water bath (this step is meant to dissolve the sugar easier)
