Some said that this was the BEST chicken nuggets they ever had...
Steps

Put Nagaimos in a plastic bag and crush them by hitting them. Peel off skin of lotus root and chop it.

Add ground chicken, potato starch, Nagaimo, lotus root, sake, salt and grated ginger in a bowl and mix well. Round them to 8-10 bite-size oval-shaped pieces.

Mix well the ingredients for coating. Dip the chicken nuggets and fry them thoroughly at 170 degrees until golden brown.

Mix well mayo and ketchup. Dip the nuggets and enjoy while still hot!
