Aloo Paneer With Capsicum Curry/ Paneer Aloo Aur Shimla Mirch Ki Tariwali Sabzi

Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok and add shahi jeera, bay leaf and hing. Let it crackle and aromatic. Add slices of onions, one green chili split and saute for 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden. Add cubes of potato and stir. Then cover into the lid for 5 minutes on low flame heat.

Add all above the spices, haldi and taste to salt and saute for 5 minutes. Add some water and cook on low flame heat for until aromatic spices and well cooked potato. Add tomato, capsicum and saute for minutes on medium to high flame heat.

Heat oil in another kadhai and fry paneer cubes until light golden color and add paneer and saute for minutes.

Add warm water as required and simmer on low flame for 2 minutes. Then turn off the flame.

Tasty paneer aloo with capsicum curry is ready. Serve warm with ghee roti.
