- 1
First, take the chopped dragon fruit, apple, and plum pieces in a blender jar
- 2
Add the small piece of ginger, mint leaves, and 3-4 walnut pieces to it.
- 3
Blend all these ingredients once until the fruits and walnuts are nicely crushed and combined.
- 4
Next, add the chilled thick curd, roasted cumin powder, and black salt to taste, and blend again until it becomes perfectly smooth and creamy.
- 5
- 6
Pour the prepared thick, creamy pink smoothie into a beautiful glass.
- 7
Garnish nicely by topping it with a few reserved pieces of dragon fruit or plum, the remaining walnut pieces, a small dollop of curd, or a fresh mint leaf.
- 8
Your chilled, healthy smoothie is ready to be served!
Tips
∆ For Sweetness : Add 1 tsp honey or sugar if the fruits are tart or you want it sweeter.
∆ For Digestion : For elders, skip blending walnuts inside; use them only for garnish or soak them before using.
∆ For Refreshment : Use well-chilled curd for the best refreshing taste.
