1/2 kgchopped ladies finger
4 tsprefined oil
to tastesalt
1 tspred chili powder
1 tsptumeric
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspjeera

Take a pan and add the oil, and as the oil gets warm add the jeera and chopped ladies finger

Mix well and add the salt, red chilli, tumeric and coriander powder. Mix well and let it cook for 10 to 15 mins.

When the curry gets into deep fry, take in to a bowl and serve hot.
