Take a kadai, add oil and as the oil gets warm add the mustard seeds, groundnuts, chana dal, red chillis, curry leaves and mix well.

When all that turns in to brown color add the cooked rice in it. Now add the tumeric powder, salt and mix well. After 5 mins add the lemon juice and mix throughly.

Let it cook for 10 mins and take in a bowl. Serve Hot.
