Steps
- 1
First make the green chutney using all above mentioned ingredients. It should be thick not watery.
- 2
Sieve both the flours. Add all dry spices to the flour and mix well. Add water little by little and make batter, not too thick or not too thin. It may require little less than half a cup of water. Keep the batter aside.
- 3
Cut paneer into 1 and 1/2 inch wide pieces and 1/2 inch thick. Slit the paneer pieces in the middle.
- 4
Stuff paneer pieces with chutney.
- 5
Heat oil in a kadhai on medium heat. Test it with dropping little batter to check if the oil is well heated for frying. Dip stuffed paneer into batter, coat well with batter and deep fry in hot oil, till golden color.
- 6
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
