Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 1/2 ozpasta. Spaghetti or rotini work well
  2. 1medium carrot, julienned
  3. 2small zucchinis, julienned
  4. 1/2medium bell pepper, julienned
  5. 1/2medium onion, chopped
  6. 1 tablespoonbutter
  7. 3 1/3 tablespoonschicken broth
  8. salt to taste
  9. canned corn

Cooking Instructions

    First, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the onion with the butter in a pan.

    Once the onion is caramelized, add the carrot and bell pepper.

    Add the chicken broth and zucchinis.
