Cow leg and intestine stew with spaghetti

Perboil water in a big pot; add salt once the water is hot, add the spaghetti cook till its tender drain water and set aside

Blend tomatoes, pepper, tatashe and oil and set aside

Perboil already cooked cow leg with the offal spice to your taste, once its cooked through and soft set aside.

Heat up a pot add vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt; pour in blended tomatoes paste and tomatoes puree and fry once the water is dried up and the oil is floating on the top,

Add the cowleg and offal, stir in the meat stock, add stock cube, curry powder and salt if necessary allow it simmer for another 7 minutes and turn off heat

Serve stew with spaghetti
