Put a cup of water on fire and allow to boil

Use 1/2 cup of yam flour and make it a little watery in a bowl and pour in boiled water and stir till it is a bit thick

Then add more flour from remaining dry yam flour till it is very strong and well mixed

Add little cold water and allow to steam for 3 minutes

Mix well and make sure all flour is well cooked

Wrap in a nylon to give it a nice shape and make it look neat

Serve with any soup if choice and enjoy but most delicious with draw soup especially ewedu soup
