  1. 1/2 kggoat meat (cut in small pieces)
  2. 1/2 cupveg cooking oil
  3. 1 teaspoonsminced garlic
  4. 1 teaspoonminced ginger
  5. 1medium onion sliced
  6. 7tomatoes diced
  7. 1 tspcurry powder
  8. 1cksp tomatoes paste
  9. 1bulb onions sliced
  10. 5fresh pepper
  11. 3stock cube Maggie
  12. to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Per boil goat meat with salt, pepper and some chopped onions in a medium pot until tender and very soft

  2. 2

    Add oil to the pot, fry goat meat till its brown, add the chopped onions, ginger, and garlic to the oil and meat, continue frying the meat for1- 2 mins

  3. 3

    Add tomato diced tomatoes, tomatoes paste, and pepper. Stir the pot frequently to prevent the sauce from sticking to the pot

  4. 4

    Add salt, curry and stock cube. Bring to a boil and let it simmer to blend all the flavors. Approximately 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally adding water as needed

  5. 5

    Serve with white rice.
