I had an Iranian friend make a wonderful dish with this spice mix so I had him write down the recipe for me! Use for Iranian or other middle eastern cuisine, stews, meats, etc. Some spices might be hard to find and there are many variations of advieh, so you can leave out a spice or two if necessary, experiment by adding other spices or play with the ratios.
