
Cooking Instructions

Cook bacon to your liking. Drain most of the fat, but leave a thin coat on the bottom on the pan.

Butter one side of each slice of bread. Warm the pan so that splashed water sizzles the add first peice of bread, butter side down.

Now begin to assemble tasty. Cheese, enough to cover the bread, then tomatoes slices in an even layer, break the bacon and arrange it so that the bread is covered, and finally a second layer of cheese and the top peice of bread(butter should be facing up). Reduce temperature slightly and monitor the toastedness of your bottom bread.

Flip sandwich when bottom bread has reached your preferred toasted level. Be careful as the cheese on the top is typically not very melted yet.

Keep a close eye as the second peice of bread toasts. The toasting should happen fairly slowly to allow cheese to melt. When the bread is toasted, and cheese melted plate that beauty and dig in!
